Led by Lawrence Allers, our team replaced the ageing oil system, renewed radiators and pipework, and connected the ground-level outdoor unit to the third-floor apartment.

Daikin’s case study follows the installation, coordination with the building’s managing agent and the resident’s early experience of quieter heating and improved hot water.

HELP & SUPPORT

A few useful
starting points.

Not sure which improvement to choose? Start with a conversation.

020 8902 7290
Which improvement should I start with?

It depends on your property's fabric, roof, heating system, electrical supply and energy use. We assess these alongside your priorities so the recommendations fit your home.

Can solar, batteries and a heat pump work together?

They can form part of a coordinated system. The right combination depends on your property, demand and budget; your proposal will explain the equipment and how it is intended to work together.

Can I have battery storage without solar?

Potentially. A battery can be charged from the grid, but suitability and value depend on your tariff, usage pattern, electrical supply and the chosen equipment.

Are grants or finance available?

Support may be available for eligible improvements, including qualifying heat pump installations under the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. Scheme rules and availability apply. Finance is subject to status and lender approval; we act as a credit broker, not a lender.

What happens after installation?

We explain how to use your system and provide the relevant handover information. Your proposal will set out the applicable warranties and aftercare arrangements.
